1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,863,524 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 11, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(In the purport of the claim, damages for delay shall not be claimed at the rate of 6% per annum as stipulated in the Commercial Act from April 1, 2017 to the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case).
