However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant, who served as the Chairperson of the Incorporated Association C, has been awarded a letter of winning to the Minister of Education from around May 13, 2016 by the Ministry of Education from around August 29, 2016, to a person eligible for the D Games organized by the said Association with the approval of the Minister of Education.

9.3. In the case of the 41th D Games scheduled to be held until March, the Ministry of Education shall not allow the name of the sponsor of the Ministry of Education and the award to the Minister of Education.

“A person has received an official document stating that the document was delivered.”

Although the Defendant knew the same facts, from around August 29, 2016, the Defendant knew.

9. Until March 3, 2016, the Minister of Education had the recipient of the 41st D Games voluntarily award prizes to the Minister of Education, and around August 17, 2016, F, via E, a secretary general of the Association, had F, a plaque producer, produce the target machine stating “ 41 times D Games, subject matter, and Minister of Education,” and was issued at H in Gangseo-gu Busan, the place where the said D Games were held on August 31, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the target machine under the name of the Minister of Education, which is an official document for the purpose of uttering.

2. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) presented the forged official document to the J students of the I Elementary School, the final winning team at H located in Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan; and (b) held the forged official document as if it was genuine.
