The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

The Defendant was a person with no occupation and the mother of the victim M (n, 20 years of age) who was the friend of N, and was aware of the victim’s relationship between the middle school student and the family members, and the victim was the same as the family members, such as living at the Defendant’s home for two years from the third year of high school.

In addition, at around 04:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) urged the victim to enter into the above UMoel V by phoneing the victim from the victim in Jeju-si 04:20 on the same day; (b) induced the victim to enter the above UMoel V; and (c) delivered the victim with the words “the victim who intends to go through the third village alcohol only,” and (d) made the victim continue to remain in the mother room during the entire drinking period; and (c) thereafter, the victim was able to drink the alcohol in his house and be flowed on the part of the victim; (d) the victim was able to take the victim’s hand, knife the knife, knife the victim’s hand, knife the knife, knife the victim’s hand, and knife the knife into the victim’s body, and knife the victim’s chest.
