The Defendant, from July 2006 to October 201, 2010, is the representative of “C” located in Suwon-gu B, Busan, and the representative of “D” located in the same place from October 2010, and was engaged in the transport service business, such as leasing chartered buses.

The Defendant, while leasing buses for field experience studies, etc. at schools at Busan level, ordinarily, demanded that vehicles be transported within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students in the case of a school that intends to rent chartered buses be used to ensure the safety of students, but when vehicles meeting the above conditions are insufficient at the time of dispatch, the Defendant was willing to submit to the school by altering the “the date of initial registration” and “fluence” parts of the registration certificate, which are required documents, as if they are vehicles within five years after delivery.

1. C-related crimes;

A.
