1. Around September 2019, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to import psychotropic drugs from Vietnam, through air special transport cargo, with a name-free box (i.e., “C”) residing in Vietnam; and (b) to import psychotropic drugs (i.e., “one philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”).
Accordingly, the person who was not entitled to the above name shall divide approximately 224.95g of opphone into a vinyl, and concealed it in a children’s bicycle and kickboard frame, and then sent the FF Borrowing G (B/LB) in South-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Seoul, the purport of which is “A,” and then arrived at the Incheon International Airport Cargo Terminal Cargo Terminal on September 18, 2019, at H around 07:12, around September 19, 2019.
