Punishment of the crime
On July 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Western District Court on July 13, 201, and on January 5, 2011, in addition to the completion of the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern District Court on January 5, 201, the same criminal records are
1. On March 15, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs stored on the street near C in the city of 16:08, from D, stored in the car of D driving, and sent and received them free of charge.
2. On March 15, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophonephones received at his own residence, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, in a coffee.
3. On June 12, 2012, around 23:38, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 gramopons from D, which were 0.03g from D, one-time folder, at the street near F in Mapopopo City.
4. On June 13, 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gramphonephones received as described in the foregoing paragraph 3 at his own residence on a coffee.
