1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 16, 2015, Etex Co., Ltd. 나. 홍콩 준유와 베트남 하이퐁에서 대한민국 부산까지 이 사건 화물의 운송인으로 계약을 체결한 상하이 유한 인터내셔널 로지스틱스 코 엘티디(Shanghai Yuhan International Logistics Co., Ltd, 이하 ‘상하이 유한’이라 한다)는 데이코 로지스틱스(Daco Logistics, 이하 ‘데이코’라 한다)에 위와 같은 내용의 해상운송주선을 위탁하였다.
