The defendant pays 70,000 won to the applicant by fraud.

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 10, 2015.

On July 30, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to “to send things upon deposit of the price” to the victim E using a mobile phone from the Defendant’s residence located in Chuncheon-si D and 2nd floor to sell a computer camera by accessing the Internet and trading website.

However, in fact, the defendant did not own a domain and did not have the intention or ability to sell it to the victim.

The Defendant was transferred KRW 31,00 to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant from the damaged person as the price for the goods.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of 691,000 won from the victims over 11 times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form from the same method until October 20, 2015 as the price for goods.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
