1. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would purchase a new mobile phone device at a container rather than an agent,” by telephone at an irregular place in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, to the effect that “the Defendant would transfer KRW 500,000 to a mobile phone device cost.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to supply the machinery even if he has received the money from the victim.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 500,000 from the victim to the account in the name of the Defendant on April 10, 2013 as the price for equipment.

2. On October 8, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he/she was requested to repair a mobile phone from the victim D by telephone at an unsound place in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Dobong-gu) and that “the inside will accept the mobile phone.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to accept the mobile phone even if he received or remitted the mobile phone repair cost from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received one cell phone of an amount equivalent to one million won at the market price through G, which is the seat of the victim, before the F agency located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and received 130,000 won from the victim as the repair price on October 9, 2013.

3. On November 25, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant posts a phone call to the victim I, and sells 10,000 won for 200,000 won for 10,000 won for 200,000 won.” The Defendant sent 200,000 won for 20,000 won for transfer.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the heat, even if he receives the payment from the victim.

The Defendant continued to post a telephone at the same place on November 26, 2013 to the effect that “the preparation for heating is delayed, and if purchased with the oxygen generator together, the oxygen generator will be sold to 120,000 won.”
