The Bank of Korea’s loan claims against the Defendant that it extended KRW 306,00,000 to the Defendant on January 19, 2009 shall be the principal and interest of the Plaintiff’s unpaid loan (principal KRW 305,954,299, interest KRW 138,570,056 as of December 29, 2014) against the Defendant that it acquired on December 4, 2014, Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the claim for payment.
