1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,225,282 and KRW 21,282,940 among them, 25% per annum from November 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: In accordance with Article 2(1) of the Interest Limitation Act (Enforcement by Act No. 1227, Jul. 15, 2014); Article 2(1) of the Addenda; Article 2(1) of the Addenda of the Interest Limitation Act (Enforcement by Presidential Decree No. 25376, Jul. 15, 2014); the maximum interest rate under the current Interest Limitation Act (Presidential Decree No. 25376, Jul. 15, 2014), and the Addenda, the maximum interest rate under the contract for lending and borrowing of money under the current Interest Limitation Act is 25% per annum, and thus, the exceeding part of the claim in this case cannot be accepted.
