1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from November 8, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On October 7, 2009, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 150,000 to the Defendant with the due date set as November 7, 2009, but the Defendant did not repay this. Thus, the Plaintiff sought payment of the principal and interest on the loan.
