At around 17:25 on July 27, 2013, the Defendant: “E” cosmetics, where the victim D (n, 27 years of age) in Suwon-si C is working in Suwon-si C, changed the sample of cosmetics to the victim; and listened to the victim’s speech that it is impossible to cut samples without cosmetics from the victim; and assaulted the victim’s head part at one time with the floor of hand.
