Reasons

According to Article 262(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, there is no appeal against the decision to institute a public prosecution among the decisions under Article 262(2) of the same Act. Since the reappeal of this case violates the legal method, the reappeal of this case is dismissed under Article 407(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
