However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the Metropha (copopon, hereinafter “coponon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On September 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones by means of giving cash of KRW 100,000 to F by a philophone seller F and receiving approximately KRW 0.2g 0.2g philophones, in the Defendant’s car parked near E Station D at the government of the 19:0-200 Gyeonggi-si.

B. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones by means of giving cash of 200,000 won to F and receiving approximately 0.5g philophones at the above place.

On December 2, 2017, at around 19:0-20, the Defendant purchased philophones by giving cash of KRW 200,000 and receiving approximately 0.5g philophones at the above location.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.2g of philophones from F and traded them over three times.

2. On January 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the manufacturing method of philophones by means of online search with the intent to directly manufacture philophones; and (b) prepared for philophones, typoids (including sponine ingredients); (c) typoids; (d) typumphumum nitrates; (e) ethyl hexinum; (e) ethyl hexinum; (e) ethyl hexinum; (e) ethyl hexinum; (f) ethyl hexinum; (f) ethylum; and (f) linked strings necessary to manufacture philophones.

A.
