1. The amount of real estate listed in the separate sheet remaining after the cost of auction is deducted from the proceeds of auction;

Reasons

In light of the following circumstances that can be acknowledged by comprehensively considering the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement No. 1, namely, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) is a multi-family housing unit (including site rights), and the Defendant is a situation in which the Plaintiff is unable to consult with the Defendant on the division of the instant real estate because the present location is unknown, it is difficult or inappropriate to divide the instant real estate in kind with the Defendant, and it is reasonable to divide the instant real estate by means of the auction and the remaining amount after deducting the auction expenses from the proceeds thereof, according to the share of co-ownership of the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
