1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,708,023 as well as KRW 17,854,290 among them, from September 6, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

(However, ‘creditor' is regarded as ‘Plaintiff', ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant', and ‘debtor B' as ‘Defendant', and the payment order was finalized with respect to the debtor B, and the claim against C in the lawsuit in this case was withdrawn). 2.
