Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives B vehicles.
On December 25, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.151% at around 00:55, and driven approximately 1 km from the front side of the monthly grain market located in the monthly valley in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the front side of the regular intersection in the same Gu and located in the same Gu.
