1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and Defendant C are jointly and severally liable for KRW 40,000,000 and as to this, Defendant B shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of KRW 40,000.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Grounds;

(a) Defendant 1: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) Defendant 2 and 3: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
