1. Defendant A

A. On February 27, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.208% from the section of approximately 500 meters from the blood alcohol level to the roads in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu. Around February 27, 2016, the Defendant driven an I BMW car under the influence of alcohol by around 03:10.

B. The Defendant, while driving the said BMW car under the influence of alcohol on the front of the above H-day road at the time prior to the above day, told the Defendant’s female-friendly job offers B to “to cause the Defendant to drive a drinking car” and let B make a false statement to the police officer.

Therefore, the above B made a false statement to the assistant J of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, which was called to the scene of the traffic accident, to the effect that the driver himself/herself was involved in the traffic accident, followed the measurement of drinking, and signed the report on the detection of the driver.

As a result, the defendant instigated the above B to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. Defendant B is a female-friendly ward of Defendant A.

On February 27, 2016, the above A was a traffic accident while driving the above BMW car while under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph 1(a) of around 03:10.

Although the defendant knew that the above A committed the above crime, he made a false statement to the assistant court affiliated with the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, which called the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, as if the defendant driven a motor vehicle.

As a result, the defendant had a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment escape.
