Punishment of the crime
around 04:00 on October 21, 2012, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 14 km from the section of approximately 14 km to the front road of the “treatment pressure strawing tool” located in the Geumcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Macheon-gu, Chungcheongnamcheon-do.
