1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 28, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Although the Plaintiff served in the “C convalescent hospital” operated by the Defendant from November 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016, the Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff KRW 9.5 million on November 1, 2015, KRW 8.4 million on December 2015, and KRW 7.4 million on January 2016. The Plaintiff claimed that the Defendant pay the Defendant a total sum of KRW 25.3 million and damages for delay.
