Defendant
A and Defendant C, as a joint representative director of the above joint company, concluded an advertisement management contract with the management entity of apartment and filed a complaint by collecting and filing a civil petition without permission on the apartment in which the management contract was concluded. Defendant B is the highest person in charge of managing the above corporation at the time of paying monthly wages, allowances, etc. to its employees. Defendant B, as the management team leader of the above corporation, distributed the leaflet to the advertiser who distributed the leaflet without permission on the apartment that was concluded with the management entity of the above corporation, shall legally respond to the distribution of the leaflet.
A person who introduced the above corporation to distribute the leaflets and received the introduction fee, and H and I would legally respond to the case where he collects the leaflet attached to the apartment house concluded with the above corporation as the head of the above corporation, and distributes the leaflet to the advertiser who distributed it without permission without permission.
The above corporation shall be accused of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act against an advertiser who continues to distribute a leaflet after warning, or by filing a civil petition with the competent Gu office, the Financial Supervisory Service, etc.
