1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,750,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 16, 2015 to March 29, 2017.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: (a) the Plaintiff loaned KRW 22 million to the Defendant on September 29, 2012; (b) KRW 2 million on October 30, 2012; (c) KRW 8 million on December 3, 2012; (d) KRW 20 million on December 20, 2012; and (e) KRW 1,95 million on January 15, 2013; and (e) KRW 22 million on June 16, 2014; and (e) KRW 30 million on July 15, 2014, KRW 200,000 on the deposit basis of the Plaintiff’s entry into force by public notice; and (e) KRW 30,000 on the deposit basis of KRW 30,000 on July 15, 2014 to KRW 18,000 on December 15, 2015.
