The judgment below

In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's conviction of the charged facts of this case is just and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to occupational negligence or causation in the crime of occupational negligence by violating logical and empirical rules and the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to occupational negligence or causal relation.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
