1. The defendant's decision is based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2007Gaso2204703 Decided February 12, 2008.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff’s obligation established by the judgment of Seoul Central District Court No. 2007Gaso2204703, Feb. 12, 2008, which caused the Plaintiff’s claim, is exempted by the decision of immunity on September 28, 2012, Incheon District Court Decision No. 201780, Sept. 28, 2012. Thus, the Plaintiff’s exemption from compulsory execution based on the above judgment is sought.
