The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the intent of deception and deception, and joint principal offense.

The argument that the court below erred in the misapprehension of the legal principles as to the necessity of Amendments to Bill of Indictment and the principle of no accusation shall not be a legitimate ground for appeal, as alleged in the ground of appeal by the defendant, unless the court below takes it as the ground for appeal or ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
