However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On February 3, 2019, at around 01:40, the Defendant made a 112 report at the domicile of the Defendant in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.
