The Defendant is a person who raises pigs under the trade name “D” in Dacheon-si.

Although a person who recycles animal and plant residues, food waste, etc. from his/her own livestock to the competent authority with facilities and equipment, and reports it to the competent authority, the Defendant did not report it to the competent authority while raising pigs from July 2015 to May 23, 2016, and collected approximately 200 ggg of food waste for 3 to 4 days at the F cafeteria located in Incheon City E without reporting it to the competent authority, and then recycled approximately 500 g of waste death as his/her own livestock at the street store located in G at permanent residence.
