1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 10,633,890 with respect to the Plaintiff, and Defendant B with respect thereto from September 3, 2014.

Reasons

1. The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1 to 5, 13, 17, Gap evidence 12-1, 2, and evidence 16-1 to 4.

On December 2013, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the office and requested the Defendant B, a licensed real estate agent, who runs the “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D Building G Building G Building 78, to rent a store to be used for the purpose of the real estate agent office.

B. On January 2, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract under which (a) the Plaintiff leased the entire D-dong shopping mall 63 (hereinafter “instant store”) from the lessor F for the purpose of the real estate real estate agent’s office; (b) from February 15, 2014 to February 14, 2016, the lease deposit amount of KRW 20,000,000; and (c) monthly rent of KRW 1,60,000 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”); and (d) around that time, the Plaintiff paid KRW 18,00,000,000 as the remainder of the deposit on January 15, 2014.

C. The Plaintiff: (a) entrusted G with the interior construction of the instant store from February 1, 2014; (b) around that time, the Plaintiff started construction from around February 1, 2014; (c) around that time, I, who was operating the “H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” under Article 76 of the D Building G Commercial Building G Building G76, set the types of business available for each shop located in the lessorF and the Plaintiff; and (d) took measures to ensure that only the real estate real estate agent office’s location should not be located in the instant store.

On August 2005, a limited liability company for the development of Songdo City constructed and sold a building G Dong to D buildings, and the use and type of business for each store are "food use (other similar type of business, such as a heavy restaurant, a par value food straw, a par value straw, and a par value straw)" and "sale and neighborhood life."
