On April 12, 2013, at around 07:20, the Defendant: (a) found the victim C (the age of 57) who was given an appraisal by not lending money to the Defendant; (b) caused injury to the victim, such as the closure of internal walls in need of treatment for about three weeks, by taking advantage of the victim’s left eye.
