【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 1, 2013, at around 23:30 on August 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered a Maz car in an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000,00 in the market price owned by the victim D; (b) opened a door on the top of the steering gate on which the two keys are not locked, and then cut off and stolen the said car by advertising the key.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 1, 2013, around 23:30 on August 1, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said car within approximately 4 km from around 23:50 on the same day to the 106-dong parking lot located in the same city, 200-ro 53.

B. At around 13:00 on September 23, 2013, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven the said car at a section of about 15 km from the said parking lot to the said parking lot on the same day, after going through the 14:00-day street from the said parking lot.

C. On October 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said car at a section of about 30 km from the same day to the Saemaeul distance of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, around 03:30 on the same day from the above parking lot to the same day.
