1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 20, 2003 from the plaintiff as to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. On January 20, 2003, the Plaintiff entered into a transfer agreement with the Defendant on the motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure from the Plaintiff on the said motor vehicle.
