1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 26, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for a loan and its delayed payment arising from the transfer of KRW 28,500,000 to the Defendant on September 10, 2009, KRW 10,000,000 on March 10, 2010, and KRW 1,500,000 on March 26, 2010 to the Defendant and the delayed payment.
