However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On November 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a B observer car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.115% at a section of about 1k for the roads front of Samsung Cze-dong located in the same city, in front of a mutual influorial restaurant located in the Dong of Gu-si, Gu-U.S. on November 2, 2017.

2. On November 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said car at around 00:40, and, on November 2, 2017, the Gu-U.S.-U.S.-si (Gu-U.S.) proceeded with the road front of Samsung Samsung 5 Samsung C&M at the Dong N.S.-ro N.

The location had a duty of care to check whether the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, has a parked motor vehicle on the front side by checking well the right and the right of the motor vehicle, and to prevent the accident in advance by driving the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, as in Paragraph 1, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the former while under the influence of alcohol and not giving the latter a proper view to the latter, and received the part behind the victim C(56 years old)'s vehicle waiting at the front of the foregoing options car by negligence in the course of duty.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim C, such as dye, bones, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim E (30 years of age) who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, such as crye, tension, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim F (47 years of age) such as dyeline, tension, etc.
