1. The accused is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, violation of the Road Traffic Act, and violation of the Road Traffic Act;

Ultimately, the Defendant driving the said rocketing car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, resulting in an injury to the victim F, such as climatic salt, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim F, the victim H (ma, 64 years of age), the victim I (n, 24 years of age), the victim J (n, n, n, n, n, f5 years of age), and the victim J (n, n, n, n, n, f5 years of age), resulting in an injury to the victim K (n, n, n, f6 years of age) who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, exchange the said rocketing car owned by the victim F with the right side of the damaged vehicle.
