1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 60,000,000 won and each year from July 31, 2006 to October 11, 2016.

Reasons

1. On June 30, 2006, the Plaintiff seeking the refund of the above loan and the payment of damages for delay, since the Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, lent the amount of KRW 60 million to Defendant B on July 30, 2006, with the due date set at 12% per annum.
