B. The content of the instant construction contract was modified as follows.

The contract price for the first change (round December 2013): 892,398,00 won for the first change: the date of commencement: January 8, 2013; the date of completion: the contract price for the second change (round April 2, 2014): 906,004,00 won for the second change (round April 2014): A design change following a change in the on-site conditions.

C. The actual report and the approval A (the Plaintiff’s acquisition before the Plaintiff) and the Plaintiff reported to the Defendant that it is necessary to change the contents of the construction as follows, and the Defendant approved each of them via the responsible manager.
