1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for a fee of KRW 204,50,000 and the amount shall be from January 1, 2013 to December 15, 2016.
Reasons
1. On May 27, 2011, the Plaintiff filed a claim for the payment of the construction cost under the contract for the construction work of the creative mold among the new construction works of the Damnam-gun, Namnam-gun, which entered into with the Defendants.
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);
