1. The Plaintiff’s principal of the obligation owed to the Defendant is KRW 7,342,120 and interest thereon and delay damages.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Defendant: (a) rendered a judgment against the Plaintiff on the amount of the above transfer money as Seoul Southern District Court 2013Gau4965; and (b) received the order of seizure and collection as Seoul East Eastern District Court 2016TTT3951; and (c) rendered a judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
