However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around April 27, 2014, the Defendant was held in custody of the front number plate of the said car at the Gwanak-gu Office by failing to pay the automobile tax for D DDap car owned by C, a corporation, the representative director of which is C.

At around 11:00 on April 27, 2014, the Defendant illegally used the F F food car registration number plate, which is a stock company C, by removing the front number plate of the F food car in order to go to the Incheon Public Port by driving a multi-use car without the above number plate at its own house located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-building 3101.

2. At around 15:00 on April 27, 2014, the Defendant held an air defense that was unlawfully used by operating a Dap car with a license plate attached to another vehicle, such as the statement in paragraph (1), from the front day of the Defendant’s house to the front day of the Defendant’s house to the Incheon Airport, at around 18:00 on the same day through the Incheon Airport.
