1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 50,104,248 and KRW 18,00,00 among them, from June 22, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, That Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) applies to the Plaintiff, “creditor”, and “debtor” as “Defendant” (hereinafter “Defendant”).
