A. From March 22, 2013 to March 22, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract between the deceased and the beneficiary for the basic type of NHF Farmers Safety Insurance 2 (General Type 1) (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). From March 22, 2013 to March 22, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract between the deceased, the beneficiary, and the deceased, the deceased, the deceased, the legal heir at the time of death, the insurance amount of the purchase of the insurance amount, the insurance amount of the monthly payment of KRW 10,000,000, and the monthly payment of KRW 76,500 (General Type 1).

B. The main part of the terms of the instant insurance contract is as follows.

Article 14 of the Terms and Conditions of the State Contracts / [Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money] The Company shall pay the insurance money (attached Table) to the beneficiary (person receiving the insurance money) when any of the following events occurs to the insured (person receiving the insurance money) during the insurance period:

The term "a disaster during the period of insurance"

1. The term "agricultural work" means a work conducted for the purpose of agriculture, which falls under either of the following items:
