The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the charged facts of this case guilty on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to deception,

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
