The Defendant, as the Plaintiff
(a) Of the 545 square meters in Kimpo-si, the annexed drawings (1), (2), (3), (4), (7), (8), and (1) shall each be indicated.
Facts of recognition
A. On November 13, 1995, E agricultural partnership (hereinafter “agricultural partnership”) purchased 7,760 square meters for D farm land (hereinafter “D land”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 15, 1995, and purchased C/C land 545 square meters (hereinafter “C land”) on March 14, 1996 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 19, 196.
나. 원고는 2016. 12. 20. 임의경매 절차에서 D 토지와 C 토지를 매수하여 각 소유권이전등기를 마쳤고, 경매목록에 포함되어 있는 D 토지 지상 별지 도면 표시 ⑩, ⑪, ⑫, ⑬, ⑩의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈆부분 시멘트블록조 스레이트지붕 다용도실 26㎡(이하 ‘다용도실’이라 한다)와 D 토지 지상 별지 도면 표시 ⑨, ⑩, ⑬, ⑭, ⑨의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 마부분 경량철골조 조립식판넬지붕 단층 관리사 139.5㎡(이하 ‘관리사’라 한다)에 관해서도 같은 날 소유권을 취득하였다.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff acquired the ownership of D land and C and a multi-use room with D through a voluntary auction procedure on December 20, 2016, and without a legitimate title, the Defendant is a manager and a multi-use room.
