Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates B Poter vehicles.
No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.
Nevertheless, on January 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:08, on the street street on the window located in the Suwon-do Suwon-do, and (b) made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by leaving the registration number plate as a banner (C).
