1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
The reasoning for the court’s explanation on the instant case is as follows: (a) the ground for the judgment of the first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the first instance, except where the part of “the entire house” under Section 9 of the judgment of the first instance is deemed as “AC”; and (b)
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiffs' appeal against the defendants is dismissed as all of the grounds for appeal are without merit.
