A. On November 21, 2016, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed party leased the entire six floors among the buildings owned by the Defendant on the D seven residential facilities of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) to the Defendant, at KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,000, monthly rent of KRW 300,000, and from January 20, 2017 to January 19, 2022 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). The Defendant leased the instant commercial building to the Defendant on January 20, 2017, and operated a training course facility in the instant commercial building after performing a construction work.

B. The Defendant paid the rent from January 20, 2017 to March 19, 2017 to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Selection pursuant to the instant lease agreement.

C. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff (Appointed) and the Appointed had the commercial building of this case.

The building described in paragraph E and F shall be sold to E and F, and the above A on June 28, 2017.

The registration of ownership transfer in the name of the above purchaser was completed with respect to the building stated in the port.

According to the facts of the above determination as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant: (a) from March 20, 2017 to June 27, 2017, the date on which the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) was not paid the rent pursuant to the instant lease agreement, to June 27, 2017, totaling KRW 5,734,660 [=2,30,000 + 1.1 + 2 + 8/30 + 28/30) from April 20, 2017 to June 19, 2017; (b) from June 20, 2017 to June 27, 2017 to June 27, 2017, to whom the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed Party seek for the delivery of a copy of the record from the date following the judgment of the first instance to June 16, 2017 to June 27, 2017.
