1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) evidence submitted at the trial of the court of first instance, which lacks in recognition of the defendant's assertion, Eul evidence Nos. 8-1 through 3, (b) No. 9, 10, Eul evidence No. 12, and 13-1, 2, Eul evidence No. 14, and 15; and (b) witness H, and I's testimony are as stated in the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance; and (c) such evidence shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
