1. Facts of recognition;
A. The instant aggregate building site and building permit 1) F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”).
A) In order to newly construct and sell a commercial building, the commercial building is located on May 1994 and around September 1994, 199, the land of five lots, including H 967 square meters, H 1,494 square meters, G 251 square meters, J 392 square meters, K 145 square meters, etc. (hereinafter “instant five lots”).

B. During the process of the construction of the instant aggregate building, F was awarded a contract for the construction of the instant aggregate building to Taecheon Construction Co., Ltd., and Taecheon Construction Co., Ltd. started the new construction of the instant aggregate building on March 31, 1995. (2) Around May 1995, F applied for a construction permit to change the area of the instant aggregate building into the area of one story 1572.89 square meters on the ground of design change to the 1st, 1626.36 square meters on the second floor, 1219.85 square meters on the ground of the design change to the 1st,572.89 square meters on the second floor, 1626.36 square meters on the second floor, and 1219.8 square meters on May 18, 1995.
3) On May 31, 1995, “F” filed an application for interim inspection on the parts of steel bars that are the main part of the instant condominium building, along with a construction supervision report with the designer of the instant condominium building and the architectO, who is the project supervisor. On June 2, 1995, “F” issued the interim inspection completion certificate to F on June 2, 1995. F on November 7, 1995.
